We’re committed to thoughtful planning and clear communication.
 Consultations may be requested when needed so we can understand your goals, talk through options, and make sure your appointment runs smoothly from start to finish.
Consultations for extensions are required before booking. 

Deposits & Card on File

To reserve your appointment and protect the time set aside for you:
Extensions and color corrections require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking.
 This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

• A credit card on file is required for all appointments.
• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or adjust an appointment.
• Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-call / no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• These guidelines allow us to manage schedules respectfully and offer openings to other guests whenever possible.

 If you’re running behind, please call or text us so we can adjust as needed.

Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require shortening your service or rescheduling.
